Continue ShoppingThe UK has an abundance of stunning fishing lakes on offer and we would love to share some of these with you so that you can add them to your bucket list!
Lakes come in all shapes and sizes and offer a variety of fish, not to mention the stunning tranquil scenery that comes with them.
First on our list is Horseshoe lake, famously named due to its shape of a horseshoe (Who would have thought!). This lake is located in the heart of Gloucestershire and brings in a plethora of fishermen.
Horseshoe Lake is well known for its carp, and you will know if you catch one on your fishing line, as they are quite the size there historically. The average weight is 21lb, with a lake record of 41lb 10oz!
Carp won't be the only fish you catch in this 62-acre lake, as it is also home to pike, rudd, perch, bream, roach and tench.

Boasting 3600 acres of water for you to enjoy fishing from, and stunning views of the surrounding area, you could spend hours here catching wild brown trout.
