The Korda Solidz PVA Rig is a pre-tied carp fishing rig that incorporates a PVA bag for delivering bait close to your hook bait. The rig is available in both barbed and barbless versions to suit the angler's preferences and the fishing venue's rules. If you don’t have the time or inclination to tie your own rigs for solid PVA bag fishing, then these ones are the perfect choice. They are designed to be used in conjunction with our Solidz PVA bags, and are the perfect length for this style of fishing, at just 4.5 inches long. They are tied using a Wide Gape hook along with a short piece of shrink tube to help it turn and take hold in a fishes mouth, and this is attached to a suitable breaking strain of ultra-supple Supernatural braid to match the hook size. At the other end there is a loop which can either be attached to a QC Swivel, or loop-to-loop style to a swivel or ring swivel on your chosen lead system. Different sizes of hookbait can be used on the same rig thanks to the Extenda Stops (supplied).
