Used items have been graded to the best of our ability- please look at all available photos of the products to be sure you are happy with what you are bidding on.

Most standard sized Items are sent Royal Mail fully tracked.  Oversize and Heavy Items are sent via Hermes or UPS

Missing or Faulty Goods

In normal circumstances, most items are received in 48hrs and all items are tracked, however, on the odd occasion items can take longer to get to the destination than plan if Royal Mail or couriers have resourcing issues due to Covid.

Please allow up to 14 days for your goods to arrive.  We cannot Process claims with Royal Mail until 14 days after the goods have been shipped.

All items are carefully packed before being dispatched.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.  We offer a Full refund or Replace on all of our products we want our customers to be 100% happy with every single purchase.
